			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After a failed bailout of the banks does absolutely nothing for the American taxpayers or the banks for that matter, we are greeted with another slap in the face. Wall Street apparently felt the need to reward its employees for all the stress their experiencing about their future. According the the NY times, Wall Streeters got the 6th largest bonus payout on record. How can this be possible when everyone&#8217;s 401ks are in the toilet. Wall Street &#8211; What have you done for me lately?</p>
