I’m sure many of you are feeling sick of hearing about health care reform from whatever media sources you are tuned into. It’s easy just to get disgusted and turn off to it. But regardless of your political affiliations, most people agree that the system is not working as it’s currently “structured” and something needs to be done to make it better. The U.S. can’t survive in the 21st Century economy if costs continue to skyrocket as they have been and the uninsured continue to burden our economy.

Living and working in NYC I don’t often listen to the radio. This week I’m house sitting and dog sitting in New Jersey for my partner’s cousin and her family. And today I had lunch with my aunt, uncle, and cousins on the Jersey Shore in Long Branch. When I do have an occasion to drive, it’s always tuned to
