As the new year starts, so does a new CMS and name for my blog – JohnVasko.com will be reserved for the professional me and JohnPosts.com will be for my personal stuff. I was anxious to migrate over to WordPress and therefore decided not to worry about the minimal amount of data from the old blog on Drupal. I can already tell that I’m going to be far happier on WordPress based purely on the fact that I want things to be easy. I was formerly concentrating on sites built on Drupal, which is why I built my old blog on it. Now I’m working on some WordPress projects so I figured it’s time to dive in. My friend Karen tells me how great it is, so hear I go. It will take me a while to activate all of my old image galleries, etc. But hopefully, because it’s easier, I’ll be posting more often. So when are more of my friends going to start their own blog? If you have one already, please let me know.
